When purchasing bedding online, customers are confused by fabrication types and what fabrics are right for them. During research studies, store associates and customers need guidance and understanding of what bedding fabrication is right for them. I collaborated with product, copy and site merch to develop a bedding quiz to help customers through their bedding purchase journey
- Confusion around what fabrication type is right for users shopping online
- Customers don't know what fabric aligns with their sleeping behaviors
- Users found it difficult to navigate or find products because of all the different fabrics
- Customers want to know how to style their fabrics
- Cohorts wanted larger images and understanding of what fabrics come in which colors
- Develop a quiz that users can engage with to get an understanding of different fabric offerings
- Offer product knowledge that it is relevant to aid customers in finding the right bedding
