Project Overview

Worked closely with sustainability, creative, and copy teams to launch Parachute Home's sustainability efforts on Parachutehome.com

Problems

A 2020 McKinsey survey found that 75% of millennials considered sustainability when they made a purchase, and 87% of Gen Z respondents believed companies had an environmental and social responsibility.

In order to build trust for our customers, we need to be transparent about our progress and future goals towards making the planet more sustainability in the future in factories, products, and our climate footprint.

Solution

- Introduced our 4 pillars that drive our sustainability efforts
- Highlighted our Oeko-Tex certification for every textile product on pdp and on site experience
- Launched free carbon neutral shipping certification on product pages and checkout
- Worked with creative on iconography that aligns with our components rules and aligns with our site brand guidelines.
