Project Overview

Selling luxury bedding, bath and furniture are tactile products and users online should be encouraged to visit stores to learn more about our different offering and have the ability to touch and feel and speak with our store associates. Our stores are beautiful and and stores have a lot of product knowledge that can encourage users to buy.

Problems

- Low foot traffic in stores
- Low comprehension and visibility on encouraging store traffic on the site
- Purchasing overpriced bedding online can be difficult if users have never have actual seen it.
- Users can't touch and feel products online

Solution

- Display store modules for guests and member in the footer, homepage landing and navigation and encourage users to come say hi!

“Bedding or what’s bedding essentials?”

“It would have been nice if everything was organized by, like, category first? I can’t differentiate necessarily between percale, linen and all of that right away.”
