Increase comprehension and visibility for Sears/Kmart loyalty program. Inform users about redeeming base points, bonus points, surprise points, earning and expiring points.

PROBLEMS

Low comprehension and visibility on Shop Your Way Points program.

RESULTS

Mobile: increased points engagement by 12% to 16% (4% increase)
Desktop: and 12% to 15% (3% increase)
CSAT survey:  increase from 42 to 46%
Issues reported: reduced by ~40% (9% Feb to 5.3% Mar)
